About
First of all, thank you for stopping by—it truly means a lot.
My name is Tom, and I'm the creator behind Tom's Life After 6pm, a project born from a simple idea: chasing wildlife after the workday ends.
I've been living in Hungary for almost three years, working full-time in the architectural visualization industry. I genuinely enjoy what I do, but I've always felt the need for another creative outlet—something that would let me connect with nature and express a different side of my artistic vision.
Wildlife has always fascinated me. For nearly two years, I immersed myself in the work of wildlife photographers, studying their techniques, their patience, and the stories behind every image. Then one day, something clicked. I picked up a camera and decided it was finally my turn to step outside and experience it for myself.
Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Wildlife photography has become much more than a hobby. It's an adventure, a constant lesson in patience, and a reminder that some of the most extraordinary moments happen when we're willing to wait for them.
Through this website and my adventures on Tom's Life After 6pm, I hope to share the incredible beauty of wildlife and nature with people around the world. Every trip, every photograph, and every story is made possible outside of my regular working hours—proving that you don't have to choose between a career and your passion.
So come along as I explore Europe and beyond, searching for unforgettable wildlife encounters and sharing the journey, one adventure at a time.
